- Log into your Hitron gateway settings: Type 192.168.0.1 and enter your network password, then go to Wireless, then 2.4G, and change the Primary SSID setting to WPA-PSK (we had ours at WPA2-PSK and that would not allow Garmin to connect). Thus far, my Chromebook, MacBook Air, and cell phones are all operating under these Hitron gateway settings!
